Comments

Our Sed de Caná 2001 comes from the Chafandín terroir whose grapes are also used for the wine of the same name. The grapes harvested from a selection of the best grapes from this vineyard were used as a base to produce this wine, which was entirely hand-made (no stainless-steel): The wine was fermented, macerated, malo-lactic fermented and aged in new French oak barrels. It is another concept of wine which was born out of this experience, the result of which is a greater proportion of skins – wine – wood, with a strong, expressive character which only serves to confirm the quality of the Chafandín terroir.
