Comments

Jaros develops the concept of estate wines through the different expressions of the vineyards at El Quiñón Estate in Pesquera de Duero. The cuvée is prepared at the end of the cask ageing process, as the wines follow a separate production and ageing process until they are bottled. Jaros expresses the grape – fruit (Tempranillo – Tinto Fino) of El Quiñón estate, adapted to the peculiarities of its soil and yearly climates - harvest, after a spell of cask ageing (around 12 months) which respects its primary and soil characteristics.
