Comments

Bodegas y Viñedos del Jaro with Jaros wine have developed the concept of an estate wine which is complemented by its different vineyards in their different terroirs. The cuvée is prepared at the end of the cask ageing period, as the wines follow a separate production and ageing process up until this time. Jaros expresses the uniqueness of the Estate's vineyards as a whole. It is powerful on the nose and on the palate, and has nuances of aromatic herbs, minerals and ripe dark fruits in the different tasting phases.
